Yes. All payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal, both of which use advanced encryption to protect your personal and financial information. Etrity does not store your card details.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Your card or PayPal account will be charged once you complete your checkout..

Order Returns
You have up to 180 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, as long as the item is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

No worries! Etrity packages don’t include return labels. Just email support@etrity.com, and we’ll assist you with your return or exchange.
If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged, return shipping is free. For other reasons, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
To cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. If approved, your full refund will be processed within 7 days.
